Lulu Chen
Lulu Chen is an independent producer/film composer/pianist from Taiwan. She received her Bachelor in Film Scoring from Berklee College of Music. She has played in various venues including the Cats Musical tours and off broadway shows. Her film score has won top prize in London independent film festivals. Her music style combines elements of orchestral, acoustic, electronic, and synthesised genres to create imaginative and diverse soundscape. In 2010-2021 She also produced two hip hop singles with Hip Hop artist C2deuxJ.

Shih-Hua (Judy) Yeh
acclaimed Guqin and Guzheng Master, is both Founder and Director of the Taiwanese Music Ensemble of New York. She is also Founder of the New York Guqin School. Shih-Hua has specialized in playing professional concert performances on many varied Chinese musical instruments. She is a highly respected music educator and was named an official judge of music examinations by the China Conservatory of Music and Chinese Music Organization in 2011. She has also been a lecturer of the Jinwen University of Science and Technology in Taipei. Ms. Yeh graduated from the Taipei National University of the Art (TNUA) with a Guqin Major. She later earned her Master’s degree in Ethnomusicology from Sheffield University in the UK. Shih-Hua (Judy) is a member of Water Stage Ensemble based at TNUA and has performed both nationally and internationally. She has won numerous awards in distinguished Chinese music events. She has been invited to perform at such highly honored and respected professional venues as Lincoln Center, Merkin Hall and Weill Recital Hall, Carnegie Hall.

NYCCC School Director, graduated from the Beijing Dance Academy in 2009, majoring in Chinese Folk Dance performance. While studying at the Shandong Province Song & Dance Academy, Grant frequently represented his school in international performances, including a 2006 visit to S. Korea, to take part in a three- country friendship arts exchange, (S. Korea, Japan and China). Grant performed the Mongolian dance piece, Wolf Totem, which won second place at the 8th Taolibei National Dance Competition. He won an honorable mention in the CCTV National Dance Competition. He has also participated in the 2008 Beijing Olympics opening ceremony.
2009 Grant join NYCCC, since then He has been a member of the New York Chinese Cultural Center teaching staff and has performed with Dance China NY. LEARN MORE

Ashley Liang
Ashley Liang is a dance artist, dance choreographer, and dance educator. She is not only the founder and artistic director of Ashley Liang Dance Company, Inc. (a not-for-profit organization), but also the president of Ashley Dance Center. She received a master degree of dance education (Teaching Dance in The Profession) at New York University (NYU), and a bachelor of fine arts in dance at Queens College. She also studied professional Chinese dance at Beijing Dance Academy in China. She got awards for “Excellent Dance Choreographer,” “Distinguish Dancer,” and “Excellent Dance Educator,” presented by New York City Council Peter Koo and New York State Senator Toby Ann Stavisky. She held a dance production “Flowing Colors of Charming Flowers” at Alice Tully Hall Lincoln Center in 2019. She was invited to perform at NY Guggenheim Museum in 2018. She was the choreographer and dancer of Flowing Water and Nocturne In The Autumn Palace in collaboration with famous Chinese musician, Judy Yeh, at Shih-Hua Judy Yeh Guqin Concert at Carnegie Hall in 2015. She was the female lead, YuHuan, in the dance drama The Story of YuHuan, presented by off-Broadway Yangtze Repertory Theater of America for 16 performances, and was also the dance choreographer of the production in 2014.

Taiwanese born violist and erhuist (Chinese violin), Wei-Yang Andy Lin, is recognized as one of the most promising and the only active performers who specialized in both western and eastern instruments. Praised by The Strad “The great Molto adagio…..elicited some of the night’s most sensitive work, especially from Wei-Yang Andy Lin on viola.” and New York Times “Taiwanese-born violist Wei-Yang Andy Lin..…is also a virtuoso on the erhu, and he gave a brilliant performance.” He is the artistic director and co-founder of the New Asia Chamber Music Society.

Wen-Ting Wu
NY-based drummer, composer, and educator Wen-Ting Wu is a diverse artist from Taiwan with a background ranging from jazz to contemporary music. She moved to New York in 2016 and earned her Master of Jazz Performance Degree in Queens College. Most recently, she has appeared at venues and concert halls including Smalls Jazz Club, Smoke Jazz Club, Minton’s Playhouse, Fat Cat, National Sawdust, Rockwood Music Hall, LeFrak Concert Hall, and Kupferberg Center for the Arts.

C2deuxJ is an independent artist/song writer who grew up in Dallas TX and now resides in Brooklyn NY. He’s also a member of the Afro-Pop Duo name Plut2o featuring Gael Boom. C2deuxJ’s music is a combination of English and French Hip-Hop and Christian Rap. He’s currently working on multiple projects with producer Lulu Chen.

To date, she has lent her talents to several high-profile performances and festivals in both China and the United States including Gulangyu Music Hall in Xiamen, the Summer Music Festival in Shanghai, and the Taihu Midi Festival in Suzhou, as well as the United Nations Headquarters, Flushing Town Hall, Museum of Chinese in America, and Asian American & Pacific Islander Heritage Festival in New York City, among many others.

Hayley Lam
Hayley Lam is an award-winning composer who began her studies in music at a very young age, earning her Associate Diploma, ATCL Recital Piano from the Trinity College of London when she was just eleven. She then proceeded to earn her Licentiate Diploma, LTCL Recital Piano and Associate Diploma, ATCL Recital Violin a couple of years later. With a profound interest in contemporary and jazz music, she was awarded a scholarship to further her studies at the prestigious Berklee College of Music. With her exceptional musical abilities, she completed her Bachelor of Music with a Five-year Dual Major Degree Program in Performance and Jazz Composition in just one and a half years with Summa Cum Laude.

He loves experimenting and pushing the solo boundary of the instrument, he is a pioneer and the only one performing many violin works from Bach Chaconne to Paganini caprices on the bass as written. He has received his Bachelor degree from The Juilliard School of Music, Master degree from Stony Brook University, and Artist certificate from North Texas University. As an transdiciplinary artist, he has performed cross-genre works where he combines his vocal percussion with bass playing, music technologies. Man Wai has given master classes in the States and in Asia, he has been teaching in higher education and universities for close to a decade and currently a cello faculty and bass faculty in different colleges. He has given several tedx talks, performances in the past, and had students getting into the most prestigious schools including Juilliard, Harvard and NEC.
