Instructor Grant GuiXuan. Zhuang, NYCCC School Director, graduated from the Beijing Dance Academy in 2009, majoring in Chinese Folk Dance performance. While studying at the Shandong Province Song & Dance Academy, Grant frequently represented his school in international performances, including a 2006 visit to S. Korea, to take part in a three- country friendship arts exchange, (S. Korea, Japan and China). Grant performed the Mongolian dance piece, Wolf Totem, which won second place at the 8th Taolibei National Dance Competition. He won an honorable mention in the CCTV National Dance Competition. He has also participated in the 2008 Beijing Olympics opening ceremony.2009 Grant join NYCCC, since then He has been a member of the New York Chinese Cultural Center teaching staff and has performed with Dance China NY.

Glow Community Center (GCC) will be hosting exciting dance nights with Latin styles such as Salsa and Cha-Cha taught by Bas Van der Zanden, along with a social dance session afterward. It will be every Friday with the Salsa group session at 7- 7:45 pm, Cha-Cha group session at 7:50 – 8:35 pm, and social dance session at 8:45 – 9:30 pm.
