夏日涼拌
凉拌紫高麗菜
材料:
•1/4個       紫高麗菜
•1把          龍口粉絲
•1杯          花生米
•5個          大蒜粒
•1茶匙      芝麻油
•1茶匙      橄欖油
•1/2茶匙   蝦皮
•1/2茶匙   鹽
•1/3茶匙   黑胡椒粉
•1/4茶匙   花椒粒
Purple Cabbage Salad Ingredients:
•1/4           purple cabbage
•1              Longkou vermicelli
•1 cup       peanuts
•5 clove    garlic
•1 tsp        oil
•1 tsp        olive oil
•1/2 tsp     baby dried shrimp
•1/2 tsp     salt
•1/3 tsp     ground black pepper
•1/4 tsp     zanthoxylum bungeanum (aka SzeChuan/Chine pepper/dried red pepper)

凉拌苦瓜
材料:
•1根          白苦瓜
•1 個         雞蛋
•6粒          藍莓
•1/2根       红蘿蔔
•1/2根       黄瓜
•1/2茶匙   玉米粒
•1杯          美奶滋
Bitter Melon Salad Ingredients:
•1                white bitter melon
•1                egg
•6                blueberries
•1/2             carrot
•1/2             cucumber
•1/2 tsp       corn kernels
•1 cup         mayonnaise
