Public Safety Patrol (PSP) civilian patrol group and Glow Community Center (GCC) are hosting self-defense training for $10 per person. Learn practical techniques, learn to strengthen coordination, ability, balance, and reaction speed of the whole body. Free for first time participants!
Appropriate for participants age 18+, interested participants 13-18 must get parental consent to sign up. Space limited.
Date: Every Sunday
Time: 11am
If you are a returning participant, please purchase the returning participant ticket for $10 or purchase the first time participant ticket and pay on site.
