GCC Simple Cooking: Omurice Northeastern Style

Cooking can provide many practical skills, such as reading, following directions, and measuring.  The pride and confidence that comes with mastering the finished product after cooking is even more meaningful.  The art of cooking can often be found as therapeutic for many.

1)東北包飯 材料:

  • 1 cup 米飯
  • 2個 土豆
  • 3個 鷄蛋
  • 1/3杯 花生米
  • 1/2個 青椒
  • 5根 香菜
  • 6片 生菜叶
  • 1 茶匙 黄豆酱
  • 1 茶匙 生抽
  • 1 杯 橄榄油

2)一蝦二味材料:

  • 12只 有頭蝦
  • 1/4 茶匙 白胡椒粉
  • 1 茶匙 料酒
  • 1 茶匙 魚露
  • 3個 雞蛋
  • 1 杯 脆皮粉
  • 1/3 杯 苔條
  • 1 茶匙 辣椒粉
  • 1/2 茶匙  椒盐
  • 1/2個 檸檬
  • 3 杯 菜油
  • 1/2 茶匙  花椒
  • 2根 葱
  • 1塊 生姜

1) Omurice Northeastern Style Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 2 pcs potato
  • 3 pcs egg
  • 1/3 cup raw peanut
  • 1/2 pc green pepper
  • 5 cilantro
  • 6 slice lettuce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp soybean sauce
  • 1 cup olive oil

2)Shrimp two ways Ingredients :

  • 12 pcs head on shrimp
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp red cooking wine
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp chili pepper
  • 3 pcs egg
  • 1 cup tempura batter mix
  • 1/3 cup dry sea sedge (seaweed)
  • 1/2 tsp salt & pepper
  • 1/2 pc lemon
  • 3 cups of vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp Sichuan(Chinese)pepper
  • 2 shoot scallions
  • 1 pc ginger
