Laba Congee臘八粥
Ingredients 材料:
1) various beans 豆類
1/4 cup black beans 黑豆
1/4 cup red beans 紅豆
1/4 cup green/mung beans 綠豆
2) various grains 穀類
1/4 cup barley 薏仁
1/4 cup of red rice 紅米
1/3 cup glutinous rice 糯米
1/3 cup rice 大米
3) various nuts 乾果類
1/3 cup peanuts 花生
1/8 cup of lotus seeds 蓮子
1/8 cup walnuts 核桃
1/4 cup red dates 紅棗
1/8 cup dried longan 桂圓肉
4) Sugar 糖類
1/2 cup brown sugar 紅糖
1/4 cup rock sugar冰糖
5) 1/3 Tbsp Baking Soda 蘇打粉
Steps:
1) Wash red beans, mung beans, black beans, peanuts, walnuts, red dates, barley, and lotus seeds;
2) Soak overnight
3) Put all the above (except red dates) into the casserole, add the appropriate amount of water (a little more than when cook rice), cover with the lid, bring to boil. add baking soda (if you don’t like the taste of baking soda, skip), stir and put the lid back boil over medium heat, turn to low heat and simmer for half an hour
4) Add longan and red dates,stir well, boil over medium heat turn to low heat and continue to simmer for half an hour
5) Add glutinous rice, rice, and red rice, stir evenly and simmer over low heat until the soup becomes thicker
6) Finally, add rock sugar and brown sugar. Cook while stirring to melt all the sugar. When the soup becomes thicker, turn off the heat serve in a bowl
Tips:
a) All beans must be washed and soaked for more than 6 hours in advance to completely released the nutrition for a more delicious, healthy porridge.
b) Be sure to follow the instructions, because each ingredient takes different times to cook.
步驟
1)把黑豆、紅豆、綠豆、花生米、核桃仁、紅棗、薏米、蓮子洗淨後提前浸泡一個晚上
2)把浸泡好的食材(紅棗除外)放進砂鍋里加入適量的清水(比平時煮飯多一點的),蓋上蓋子,大火煮開後加入蘇打粉(如果不喜歡蘇打粉味,可以不加),用中火煮沸後轉小火,慢燉半小時
3)加入桂圓和泡好的紅棗攪拌均勻,中火煮開後轉小火繼續慢燉半小時
4)加入糯米、大米、紅米攪拌均勻,用小火燉煮至米湯汁變得越來越濃稠
5)最後加入冰糖和紅糖邊攪拌邊煮,使糖全部融化,湯汁變得更濃稠時即可關火,盛在碗里就可以了
溫馨提示
a)所有的豆類都要提前洗乾淨,並浸泡6個小時以上,這樣熬出來的粥,營養才會徹底釋放出來,也更好喝,暖心暖胃驅寒又營養補血養顏
b)一定要按步驟來放材料,因為每個食材受熱度不一樣
