Glow Community Center’s first ever Chinese Cultural Weekend. We present your child with the opportunity to learn performance arts such as lion dancing, diabolo, and the guzheng from our talented artists. This will be a unique cultural learning experience they won’t forget.
No prior experience needed in any of the activities listed. Limited space!
啓揚活动中心即将推出首个中国文化特色体验营。专门为6-13岁小朋友设计,通过三天持续的沉浸练习,带小朋友们身临其境感受中华文化源远流长!课程短小精悍,师资力量雄厚。小班教学,陪伴孩子们抓住今夏尾巴。

Frequently Asked Questions:
What safety protocols are we taking?
- All students will be required to wear masks.
- All instructors and staff members have been fully vaccinated and will wear masks when interacting with your child.
- The program will take place in a 3500 sq. ft. space with a maximum capacity of 148. We will follow social distancing guidelines with a maximum class size of 30.
- Hand sanitizer dispensers will be readily available throughout the facility.
- The facility has a UV sterilized HVAC system which ensures high air quality and ventilation.
- Participants who feel unwell should notify us and stay home.
Will lunch be provided? Lunch will not be provided by us. However, we will have light refreshments such as drinks and snacks.
What is our cancellation and refund policy? Refunds for cancellations by August 23th will receive half of the fee back. No refunds will be given after this date.
How many staff members will be present?
In addition to the instructor, there will be 3 supporting staff members for a class of 20 students. We will add more staff for class sizes greater than 20 as we feel appropriate.
Where will the in-person classes be held?

What should my child bring?
Please have your child wear comfortable clothing. All materials needed to participate will be provided by us. This includes lion dance outfits, diabolos, and guzhengs.
